HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO RENTAL A VEHICLE WITH JSPE VIP RENT A CAR ?

Any driver aged 21 or over, with no history of misconduct or DUI (Drive under influence). Renter and all drivers must have a valid and original driver's license which must be presented at the time of car pick-up. All drivers with a non-US driver's license must present a valid Passport or a valid government-issued identification card as a secondary form of identification at the time of vehicle pick-up.

CAN I ADD ADDITIONAL DRIVERS WHEN I LOAD A VEHICLE?

Yes, your package has 2 drivers included in the contracted values, but to add other drivers it will be counted per day. (estimated value US$49.00 per valid license period).

WHAT KIND OF PAYMENTS DOES JSPE VIP RENT A CAR ACCEPT?

To make your reservation and guarantee your vehicle in our system, you can choose the percentage options: 10% – 20% – 50% or 100% of the final purchase price. The percentage chosen by the tenant will be debited via credit card.

The remainder of the payment must be made in cash or credit card upon delivery, we do not make any type of lock (Deposit) on your card, but it is necessary to present it for company security measures.

CAN I CANCEL MY LEASE AT ANY TIME?

You can cancel at any time, but the percentage paid will not be refunded, but we include credit in your registration for a next opportunity.

If the lessee needs to change any information on their reservation, with the car already rented, a fee of $80.00 may be applied

ARE YOU LICENSED?

Yes, all licenses current as per Florida law.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY SOMETHING BEYOND THE AMOUNT INFORMED IN MY CONFIRMATION VOUCHER?

There is no mandatory cost beyond the amount informed in your confirmation, however, when picking up the vehicle, the rental agent may offer additional services/coverage and/or change the vehicle category.

HOW DO I PAY A TRAFFIC FINE?

In the United States, traffic tickets are issued against the offender's driver's license and not on the license plate. Traffic fines are the renter's responsibility. The same received some kind of infraction, must inform the central.

WHAT DOCUMENTATION OF THE CAR WILL I RECEIVE?

In the United States, the only documentation regarding the rental vehicle that the renter will receive from the rental company will be the rental agreement. The rental agreement is the only document necessary to travel with the car and it contains all the information required to present the local authorities when requested.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY LEASE?

Your budget includes:

* Mandatory insurance to travel in Florida (third party / theft / 24 hour vehicle assistance - mechanical failure)

* Sun pass tag device.

The device is already plugged into the vehicle, you don't pay anything for it, this avoids toll stops and queues.

When returning the vehicle, we send a report of the tickets used, you only agree with us what you use.

* Free mileage.

* One additional driver.

* It is not allowed to leave the vehicle in the state of Florida.

If the renter leaves the state, a fine of US$500.00 plus US$0.80 per out-of-state mile will be applied.

HOW DO I REMOVE AND RETURN MY VEHICLE?

Our team will receive you upon arrival at the airport and accompany you to our office. On the way, we will pass the city guidelines and clarify any doubts.

When returning the vehicle, you come to our office and check out the car, an exclusive van for your family will take all passengers and luggage until the company boarding.

If the vehicle is not delivered by the voucher confirmation time, a fine of US$49.00 may apply.

INSURANCE

The insurance covers the cost of damage to the rental vehicle in the event of an accident. This type of insurance protects you in case you damage a rental car. If it is necessary to activate the insurance, the customer is responsible for a deductible of US$1,500.00 for the rented vehicle. The insurance does not cover the following costs:. Loss of keys. civil unrest. Burns on benches, carpets or rugs. Damage affecting tires, wheels, suspension, sound systems, or loss due to theft of vehicle parts. Damage caused to the transmission, wheels, and parts attached to the vehicle chassis, by driving on uneven roads.Damage resulting from driving in places where vehicular traffic is prohibited, such as trails, snowbanks, ice, unbridged rivers or streams, beaches or other areas with no roads.Damage caused by sand, gravel, ash or otherwise types of land material being blown onto the vehicle. If the vehicle is transported by sea, no compensation will be paid for damage caused by seawater/salty air. Damage caused by not using the correct fuel. (ALL VEHICLES MUST BE COMPLETE WITH PETROL).

The insurance offered in your initial package would be total, against third parties, theft and 24 hour assistance for mechanical failure in the vehicle.
If the renter crashes the vehicle into a third party, our car and his will be covered.
If the third hit the loca're
river, the insurance will cover his car and ours.

CLEANING FEE
Vehicles are always delivered in perfect condition for your family's use, if it is returned extremely dirty, with damaged seats or windows, with tobacco odor, among other things that will impair sanitation, the lessee is responsible and a fine of up to US$250.00. (Amount estimated by rental agent and damage caused).

FUEL
Your vehicle must return with the same quantity in which it was delivered. If it is delivered with a different quantity than the one received, a fine of US$40.00 will be applied.

DELIVERIES IN FORT LAUDERDALE

We will receive you when you arrive at the airport and accompany you to the vehicle that will be in the parking lot. When returning the same procedure, 24 hours before arrival and departure, our team will be in contact to provide all the necessary support.

IN CASE OF ACCIDENT
